To be read and conformed to by the student and the parents before enrollment:
School Activities
Each student enrolled in this school is expected to participate in all school activities organized by the school.

High School Uniform
The daily uniform (optional) should follow the cut and color prescribed:
Male - white polo or shirt and khaki pants
Female - white blouse and pink skirt
Campus Discipline
1. Official notices or announcement posted on the high school bulletin boards acquire the effect of law within 24 hours of the posting. No high school student may plead ignorance of said notices as an excuse for violation of the law by commission or omission.
2. No student may leave the school during class hours and during break without a pass slip issued by the guidance office.
3. Any student accused of unbecoming conduct in or out of the school will be investigated and called by the office to explain him or herself.
4. No loitering along the corridors especially during classes.
Classroom Discipline
1. Faculty members may penalize the students for minor breaches of discipline.
2. No student may be called out of the class without due permission from the principal or from any teacher concerned or homeroom adviser.
Attendance
1. All students are expected to attend every school exercise. The flag ceremony starts at 7:15 AM. Morning classes starts 7:30 AM and the afternoon classes at 1:00 PM.
2. Tardiness for 10 minutes or more is marked unexcused. Three unexcused tardiness make one unexcused absence.
3. When a student is unable to attend classes due to illness, the high school guidance counselor should be notified either by messenger or letter.
4. Upon returning to school, the student must present a written statement from her parents explaining the reason for the absence. A medical certificate should also be presented.
5. The student is personally responsible for getting instructions and assignments given in class during the absence.
6. Habitual irregular attendance is sufficient matter for dismissal.
Examinations
1. Special examinations are not given to any student who was absent during the regular examination period for any reason whatsoever.
2. Violations on examination procedures of discipline (ex. cheating) would be subject to investigation by the office.
Grading System
1. The averaging system is used.
2. Report cards to indicate the student's academic progress or lack of it are issued to at the end of each marking period four times a year. Each marking period is more or less 2 months and a half days long.
3. Marks lower than 75 are failing.
4. Students who fail are advised to exert more effort in their studies. Those who fail in 3 units subjects and wish to be re-enrolled must repeat the year.
Awarding of Honors
Students who are candidated for honors will be taken from the top ten of the year level.
Dismissal
1. Morning classes are dismissed at 12:00 noon and afternoon at 4:00 PM/
2. At the end of the school year, students should present their clearance properly signed by teachers concerned to their adviser before getting their cards.
